Living in a world where what we experience every day destroys our hope the only thing keeps us on fighting we always need to get reminded about his love for us. This worlds system is busy plotting to separate us; his children from our father God by destroying our faith we have in God. Losing faith in God is not just questioning his ability to do the impossible in our lives aside from that doubting his steadfast love; thinking his love is conditional and works only if we stick with the plan.
“The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” Lamentations 3:22-23
God knew us even before the beginning of time, He chose to love us not because we deserve any affection from him rather because he is pleased in doing us good. A reminder of his uncondtional love in the morning.
One of the main things the devil uses to cut off the strings attaching us and HIM is by using our failure to pick up the cross we are supposed to pick and follow him every day. Our sin brings a hole in the relationship we have with Abba. Our faith gets shaken to the point we start avoiding any kind of communication with him thinking we are not worth standing before him. It is true we are sinners and he is holy who can't stand the sight of sin. But if we come before him with a broken spirit and repent of our sins he is willing to cleanse us from our sin due to his never mercy which is new every day.

“Do not be afraid; you have done all this evil. Yet do not turn aside from following the Lord, but serve the Lord with all your heart. And do not turn aside after empty things that cannot profit or deliver, for they are empty. For the Lord will not forsake his people, for his great name's sake, because it has pleased the Lord to make you a people for himself.” 1 Samuel 12:20-22
The ground of the gospel is Gods commitment to his own name.” For the Lord will not forsake his people, for his great name's sake” This should have two effects on you: heart-breaking humility and toe-tapping happiness. Humility because your worth is not the foundation of your salvation. Happiness because your salvation is as sure as Gods allegiance to his own name.
